Welcome to SORAVI (soraviuk.myshopify.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of any products through it. By placing an order or otherwise using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to proceed at the corrected price.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation email.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, though for UK and EU consumers, statutory protections regarding non-delivery or damaged goods in transit continue to apply as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, available on our website, which forms part of these Terms. This includes the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal available to UK and EU customers.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer, including those under:

  • The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  • The EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable national implementing laws
